Well, after taken a couple of months off, I am getting back in the world of blogging. There will be some changes. For those in the church, much of what you will read on this blog you will hear about. Hopefully, this will generate some discussion. That would be fun! Also, until this point, I have been very hush hush with my political persuasions, but that also is going to change. Most of you probably already know that I am working on a book project with a friend of mine Dr. Adam Lowther. I am convinced that we are at a crossroads like never before in this country. The United States of America that our ancestors died to deliver us is being eroded right out from under us. The free market capitalistic ideas and ardent defense of private property rights are being traded in for an old worn out losing paradigm known as socialism. Barak Obama is a left leaning president who believes that individuals are incapable of self government therefore they should be governed by those that are intellectually gifted and able to handle these issues. I absolutely believe that our freedom is at stake. My son’s future is on the line. By the way, this is contrary to clear Biblical teaching. Scripture outlines succinctly, that the centerpiece of any government should be self government/self control/personal responsibility. I pray that God raise up a generation of freedom warriors to stand in opposition to this madness.
Now, I will still be discussing church, theology, Auburn football, and all the other fun stuff many of you were accustomed to. Please forgive me for taking a few months offs. I have also shifted over to WordPress, which is a much better site and I will be trying to learn to better use it. I will try to put family pictures up and all that fun stuff, all the pics are on Facebook so go there if you want to see Solomon growing up. I look forward to being back in the blogosphere and conversing with many of old friends. To God be the Glory.
